Not always. Some pets become more unsettled when their owner is present, and there are also some conditions we treat (tick paralysis for example) where visiting these pets can worsen their condition. In these cases, we may discuss alternative arrangements that are better for your pet’s wellbeing. Our priority is always what’s best for them.
