We encourage you to stay as much as possible. However, during certain procedures — like surgery or critical care — we may ask you to step out briefly for safety or focus. We’ll always communicate clearly about when and why. We also need to consider the needs of other patients and clients in our hospital, as we care for multiple pets at the same time.
