Victoria Leigh-Forster, Pet ICU Veterinary Nurse

Victoria Leigh-Forster

Pet ICU Veterinary Nurse
Certificate IV Veterinary Nursing

Victoria Leigh-Forster started working in general veterinary practice while also studying to obtain her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.

Having always had a love for helping animals, this was only further cemented as well as confirming nursing was her passion when Victoria had to take a short break from nursing.

After working for five years in general veterinary practices Victoria was looking for a new challenge, and when the opportunity to join the Pet ICU team arose she jumped at the chance.

Since joining the Pet ICU team in 2018 Victoria has loved every aspect of being an emergency nurse. From the interesting and challenging patient cases to the care she is able to provide to her patients. But the most rewarding part of her job is seeing her patients reunited with their families and the joy on their faces when they are well enough to go home.
